      Create a Team Safe

      Discover the steps to creating a new team safe and start collaborating securely.

      Team Safes is a SecureSafe feature by DSwiss for secure collaboration, allowing users to store and manage information collectively in a shared digital vault – ideal for businesses or teams needing centralized document storage and password management.

      When setting up a team safe, you have the option to start with a free trial period. During this trial, you can have up to two team members and a maximum storage of 10GB. The trial is valid for one month only. If you need more storage or additional team members, you can choose to subscribe to a team safe with upgraded features. This guide primarily covers the setup of a free trial team safe, however, the key distinction towards a subscription type team safes is mostly limited to the payment process upon completion.

      Please note: To create a team safe following the steps provided in this guide, you will need to have an existing SecureSafe account ready to use.

      To set up your free team safe, simply follow the steps outlined below:

      1. Log in to your SecureSafe account.
      2. Access the dropdown menu for safes.

        The dropdown menu for safes allows you access the page to create a new team safe.
      3. From the now expanded dropdown menu, select Create.
      4. Fill in the necessary information in the fields provided on the Create Team Safe page.

        Configure the number of team members and the subscription duration from the "Create Team Safe" window.
        1. Enter the desired name for your team safe.
        2. By default, the name is filled in based on your username, but feel free to customize it to better suit how it appears to other users in your team safe.
        3. If you happen to have a discount voucher code, simply enter it into the designated field labeled Enter voucher code (optional). This will automatically apply the corresponding discount to your purchase.
        4. Adjust the number of team members in your new team safe by using the Adjust the number of team members in your new team safe by using the - and + icons. and Adjust the number of team members in your new team safe by using the - and + icons. icons in the Members field.
        5. Adjust the term length for your new team safe by using the Adjust the term length for your new team safe by using the - and + icons. and Adjust the term length for your new team safe by using the - and + icons. icons in the Subscription duration field.
        6. Ensure that the Storage space allowance of 10 GB meets your requirements. If this is not the case, please contact the DSwiss Sales team through the provided form for assistance.
        7. After filling in all the required information, a green success prompt will be displayed. 
      5. Click on Continue to proceed.
        Upon successful creation of a team safe, a success prompt is displayed.
      6. Your newly created team safe is now visible and ready for immediate use.
