FAQs & Legal: Reviewing Our Legal Documentation and Accessing Our Help Center

Learn where to access SecureSafe's legal documentation, as well as our help center.

To access SecureSafe’s legal documentation, as well as our help center, please follow the steps that are described in this article.

To review your SecureSafe account legal documentation or to access our help center please perform the following steps:

  1. On the menu bar at the top of the SecureSafe web application, click the dropdown icon beside your account user name.
  2. From the drop-down menu displayed, click Settings to display the SecureSafe settings window.
  3. From the tabs displayed on the left of the Settings window, select FAQ / Legal.

    The "FAQ/Legal" tab in the settings allows you to access the SecureSafe help center as well as our legal documentation.
  4. This tab allows you to access and review the following documentation and resources:
    • FAQ: This link will send you to our help center, where you will find information and step-by-step guides on various frequently asked questions. 
    • General Terms and Conditions (T&C): This document lists legal agreements between DSwiss and users of SecureSafe.

    • Data Protection Notes: This document lists the various ways in which SecureSafe user data is protected and inaccessible to anyone other than you as the user.
