How long does it take for an email to arrive in Mail-In?

Delivery time varies from message to message, and SecureSafe does not control it end to end. Once an email leaves the sender's server, it passes through routing and filtering steps outside SecureSafe's infrastructure, and any of those steps can add delay. This applies to email delivery in general, not only to Mail-In.

On the SecureSafe side, we run additional filtering to detect rogue mail servers. This can delay the first email from a new mail server, but subsequent emails are not affected. If your mail server sends emails regularly, Mail-In will not add further delay.
