This article will provide you with a step-by-step guide on where and how to monitor your Mail-In inbox.
Mail-In is an email inbox integrated into your SecureSafe account. This enables external service providers or people to send emails to your SecureSafe email address. The email content and all attachments are saved directly into your private safe.
Please note: The Mail-In feature is currently only available for Private Safes, but not for Team Safes.

Log in to your SecureSafe account.
- Using the indicated dropdown menu, select your Private Safe.
- From the menu in the left sidebar, select Mail-In.
- To view the Mail-In content, simply choose either All Messages and Attachments or select a specific contact or sender within the Inbox panel.

View the list of Mail-In content displayed in the main panel, which is filtered by your selection in the previous step.

Look out for any new content that has been recently added. You can easily spot new items by a red dot next to them in the main panel (5). Additionally, in the Inbox panel (4), new items from specific senders are highlighted with a number next to their contact name, indicating how many new items they have sent.

The sidebar on the right offers a preview of the selected file in the main panel (5), along with various actions and options related to the file. You can expand or collapse the sidebar based on your personal preference for easy access to these features.
