Does the SecureSafe (Next) mobile app support Face ID for logging into the main app, and are there any biometric alternatives available in the meantime?

The Face ID login for the main app is not yet available, and we can imagine the inconvenience this may be causing. We can reassure you that our team is currently working on enabling Face ID, and we currently expect it to become available by the end of Q1 2026.

However, you can still use biometrics to access your passwords today.

To access passwords for use on websites or to perform logins in other apps, you can activate the Autofill function. This allows you to access your stored credentials using biometric authentication (such as Face ID or Touch ID) immediately, without needing to open the SecureSafe app manually.
