      Enhance Your Team's Collaboration on the Go: Passwords for Teams on Mobile

      The 'passwords for teams on mobile' feature allows members of a team to now share passwords on the go, facilitating collaboration in teams even further.

      SecureSafe's 'passwords for teams on mobile' feature allows mobile app users to also access passwords that are saved in any team safes they might be a member of. 

      Passwords can now not only be shared securely and in real time, but also on the go, enhancing collaboration in teams even further.

      Password records that have been created and stored in a team safe previously can be accessed and managed directly from within the mobile app. What's more, new password records that you wish to share with the other members of a team safe can also be created in the mobile app:

      1. Tap on the button in the bottom right corner in your SecureSafe mobile app. The dialogue that follows will guide you through the process of adding a new login record.

      2. Fill in all the required fields:
        1. Add a title to your password record.
        2. Enter your username.
        3. Either manually enter a password you want to use for this login, or generate a secure password with SecureSafe's built-in password generator.
        4. Enter the web address the login record you are creating is tied to.
        5. Optionally, you can assign a category to your password record.
        6. If you wish to do so, you can add a note with additional information regarding your password record.

      3. In order to save the password in a desired team safe and make it available to all other members, select from the dropdown menu what team safe you wish to save the newly created record in.
      4. Complete the creation of the new login record by tapping on Save.

      When now browsing through all password records available to you in the mobile app, a label indicates what safe a record is stored in, while dropdown menus allow you to filter your stored passwords for safes (by default, this shows All safes) and categories (by default, this shows All categories) they are affiliated to.

      Naturally, once synchronized, password records created in the mobile app and saved to a team safe can then also be accessed and managed from within the desktop or webapp.
