SecureSafe File - Mobile: Rename an item

To rename an item (folder or file) on SecureSafe Mobile App, click on the 3-dots menu of any item and select Rename:

Give your new name to the item, and then click on Rename:

Your item is now renamed. 

Good to know

SecureSafe does not allow renaming files with the following characters:

  1. / (forward slash)

  2. \ (backslash)

  3. < (less than)

  4. > (greater than)

  5. : (colon)

  6. " (double quote)

  7. | (vertical bar or pipe)

  8. ? (question mark)

  9. * (asterisk)

  10. Dot at the end of the file name (.)
