Personal Plans

Solo

The Solo plan makes it easy for individuals to securely store and manage data. You decide whether you want to secure your passwords or your files by choosing either the Pass or Files module:

  • The Pass module securely stores an unlimited number of passwords for you. You can access them through different platforms (web, iOS and Android applications, browser extensions for Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, Brave Browser) and let SecureSafe autofill passwords for you.

  • The Files module comes with 5GB secure storage included for managing all the data valuable to you. If you need more storage, you can top up at any point in time in steps of additional 10GB. The initial version of Files is available on web, IOS and Android. A desktop sync client will follow in the first half of 2026.

  • The Bundle combines the Pass and Files modules in one plan and a single application while offering cost savings compared to individual subscriptions. It entails 5GB storage and allows for managing unlimited number of passwords.

The core features of the SecureSafe platform (end-to-end encryption, 2FA, cross-platform support) are all included in Solo. Sharing data is not supported in Solo (only secure sending of individual files - coming soon). If you need access to sharing capabilities, you need to upgrade to either Family or one of the Business plans.

Family

Set up a Family plan to securely share data between you and five family members or friends. The Family plan includes all Solo features for every of the up to six members of the plan and additionally offers a shared secure safe for unlimited sharing:

  • The Pass module securely stores an unlimited number of passwords in an individual private safe for each of the Family members. There is one team safe included so passwords can be easily shared among members of the Family plan.

  • The Files module allows each Family member to store up to 5GB personal data securely. One team safe with total secure storage of 20GB makes sharing documents among Family members straightforward. If you need more storage, you can top up at any point in time - by an additional 1GB applied to each personal safe or in 10GB steps for the team safe.

  • The Bundle combines the Pass and Files modules in one plan and a single application while offering cost savings compared to individual subscriptions. It entails 5GB personal storage per member, a team safe with 20GB and allows for managing unlimited number of passwords. Both the personal and shared storage can be topped up at any point in time - in 1GB steps for all personal safes or in 10GB steps for the team safe.

Business Plans

SecureSafe business plans are designed to support small teams, growing organisations or large enterprises in securely managing their data. They all share the same security-related capabilities and differ in the supported sharing capabilities.

Starter 

The Starter plan is great for small teams of up to five members. Every plan member receives their own space for storing & managing data and the team has access to sharing capabilities through a shared secure safe. Once the team outgrows the five available seats of the starter plan, an upgrade to either the Professional or Business plan will keep your team’s data secure. Depending on your selected module, the following is included:

  • The Pass module securely stores an unlimited number of passwords in an individual private safe for each of the Starter plan members. There is one team safe included so passwords can be easily shared among members of the Starter plan.

  • The Files module allows each Starter plan member to securely store up to 10GB data accessible only to each individual. One team safe with total secure storage of 25GB makes sharing documents among Starter plan members straightforward. If you need more storage, you can top up at any point in time - by an additional 1GB applied to each personal safe or in 10GB steps for the team safe.

  • The Bundle combines the Pass and Files modules in one plan and a single application while offering cost savings compared to individual subscriptions. It entails 10GB storage per member, 25GB shared storage and allows for managing unlimited number of passwords. Both the personal and shared storage can be topped up at any point in time - by an additional 1GB applied to each personal safe or in 10GB steps for the team safe.

Professional

Key focus of the Professional plan is to ensure secure management of individual employee data. Every plan member gains access to their own dedicated space they can use to store and manage passwords or files on their own. An easy-to-use interface makes the management of members under the plan very straight-forward. Should plan members require sharing capabilities, those become available with an upgrade to the Business plan. Based on the module you choose, you have accces to the following:

  • The Pass module securely stores an unlimited number of passwords in an individual private safe for each of the members of a Professional plan.

  • The Files module allows each Professional plan member to store up to 5GB personal data securely. If you need more storage, you can top up at any point in time - by an additional 1GB applied to each personal safe.

  • The Bundle combines the Pass and Files modules in one plan and a single application while offering cost savings compared to individual subscriptions. It entails 10GB storage and allows for managing unlimited number of passwords.

Business

The Business plan offers access to all available capabilities of SecureSafe and is heavily focused on supporting sharing of valuable data. Plan members can create unlimited number of shared safes and give role-based access to other plan members. Plan owners can easily add more seats and manage all members of their organisation. 

  • The Pass module securely stores an unlimited number of passwords in an individual private safe for each Business plan member. An unlimited number of team safes is included - each member can create a team safe to securely share password with their colleagues.

  • The Files module allows each Business plan member to store up to 10GB personal data securely. Every purchased member seat adds additional 20GB to the pool of shared storage. Members of the Business plan can create an unlimited number of team safes, each of them consuming storage from the shared pool. If you need more storage, you can top up at any point in time - by an additional 1GB applied to each personal safe or in 10GB steps for shared storage.

  • The Bundle combines the Pass and Files modules in one plan and a single application while offering cost savings compared to individual subscriptions. It allows for managing unlimited number of passwords, entails 10GB storage for each plan member, a team safe with 25GB for the Professional plan or 20GB shared storage for every paid seat and unlimited team safes for the Business plan.
