SecureSafe Pass Browser Extension: Forgot Password? 

If you’ve forgotten the password to your SecureSafe Pass account, don’t worry - you can also trigger the forgott password action via the Browser Extension. 

Go to the Login Page

  • Open your browser and click the SecureSafe Pass Extension icon.

  • Select Login.

Click "Forgot Password?"

  • On the login screen, click the Forgot Password? link.

  • You’ll be redirected to the SecureSafe Passs verification page

Enter Your Recovery Codes

  • Insert the recovery code. You can find it on the Recovery code PDF you download when the account was created.

  • Click "Verify"

Set a New Password

  • Enter your email
  • Add or generate a new password 
  • Confirm your entered password 
  • Click "Save password"

Log In Again

  • Return to the SecureSafe Pass Browser Extension.

  • Enter your email and new password to log back in.
