Go to the Login Page

Open your browser and click the SecureSafe Pass Extension icon.

Select Login.
Click "Forgot Password?"

On the login screen, click the Forgot Password? link.

You’ll be redirected to the SecureSafe Passs verification page
Enter Your Recovery Codes

Insert the recovery code. You can find it on the Recovery code PDF you download when the account was created.
- Click "Verify"
Set a New Password
- Enter your email
- Add or generate a new password
- Confirm your entered password
- Click "Save password"
Log In Again

Return to the SecureSafe Pass Browser Extension.

Enter your email and new password to log back in.
