Learn what to do if you forget your SecureSafe Pass password and how to get and renew your recovery code.
To allow you to access your SecureSafe Pass account even if you have forgotten your username and/or password, you receive your own personal recovery code upon creation of an account.
We advise you to not only download your recovery code, but to also print a copy and keep this in a secure place, ensuring that you do not lose your code, even if you lose access to your device's locally stored files.
As a part of our security measurements, SecureSafe Pass has no access to your password or recovery code at any stage. We cannot reset your account if you lose access to it.
Please note that without the recovery code or a valid username-password combination, your data will be irretrievably lost.
