To upload a file to your Safe, first navigate to the correct folder you want to add it.
Info:
You can also add a file wherever you want, and then move it to the correct place, using the Move File.
- Once in the folder, you have 3 ways to upload a file. You can simply and easily drag your file and drop it into the window:
- In the folder you can also select the 3-dot menu and then “Upload Files”:
- And finally, at any given time, on the Upload button on the top right:
- Both these two last options will open a modal for you to drag and drop your files:
- If any error occurs during the upload, you will be informed, and you can either retry the process or cancel the upload process:
Good to know:
SecureSafe does not allow the upload of files that have the following characters:

/ (forward slash)
-
\ (backslash)
-
< (less than)
-
> (greater than)
-
: (colon)
-
" (double quote)
-
| (vertical bar or pipe)
-
? (question mark)
-
* (asterisk)
-
Dot at the end of the file name (.)
- After a succesful Upload, you will see a success message, and also the opportunity to add more files to be uploaded next:

Please Note:
- If the extension you are trying to upload is not listed here, you cannot upload it to your SecureSafe.
- As a workaround, you can compress your file in a Zip folder, and then upload it to SecureSafe.
