What is the maximum file size I can upload to SecureSafe Files?

The maximum size for a single file uploaded to SecureSafe Files is 2 GB. This limit applies consistently across all access points: the web application, the mobile apps (iOS and Android), and the desktop applications (Windows and macOS).

If you attempt to upload a file larger than 2 GB, the upload will not be accepted and you will see an error message indicating that the file exceeds the allowed size.
