Migrating Individual S-Trust Accounts to a SecureSafe Family Plan

If you are moving multiple individual S-Trust accounts into a single SecureSafe Family subscription, please note that the migration tools work differently for the Family Plan Owner compared to the invited family members.

1. For the Family PLan Owner

The person establishing the SecureSafe Family Plan is considered the Owner.

• Action:
  • You can use the Migration Agent to automatically transfer your data from your previous S-Trust account to your new SecureSafe account.
• Process:
  • Follow the standard migration prompts in your dashboard during setup.

2. For Invited Family Members

Need Help with Manual Migration?

Family members who are invited to join the new Family Plan cannot use the Migration Agent. You must migrate your data manually after accepting the invitation.

How to Manually Import Your Data

• Step 1:

  • Select the Correct Safe Before uploading, ensure you have selected the correct Safe from the dropdown menu in the top left corner:

  • Personal Safe: Select this for private data. Other family members cannot access this safe.
  • Family Safe: Select this only for data you wish to share with all other family members.

• Step 2:

  • Import Passwords You can import your passwords via CSV. 

• Step 3:

  • Import Files

  • Navigate to the Files tab

  • Create Folders: It is not possible to upload entire folders directly. You must first manually create your desired folders and subfolders in SecureSafe.

• • Upload Files: Open a created folder, select all the files from your computer that belong in that folder, and use Drag & Drop to upload them all at once.
